5. Freezing the Contract
If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as a medical condition or emergency, you may request to freeze your one-on-one online coaching contract. Requests to freeze the contract must be made in writing and are subject to approval. Freezing is allowed for a maximum of 2-weeks and can only be requested once per contract term.
6. Non-Transferability
Our services are tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. Therefore, these are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person. Any requests for transfer will not be accepted.
7. Changes to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any services at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Pricing and Payments
All prices for our services are listed on the website and are subject to change. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment methods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
